Amanda K. Claerhout serves as Court Commissioner for the Mohave County Superior Court. Judge Claerhout handles a caseload primarily consisting of family law cases arising out of Lake Havasu City, as well as probate cases involving guardianships/conservatorships arising out of Lake Havasu City and Bullhead City. 

Judge Claerhout is a graduate of Valley Center High School (’10), Fort Lewis College (’14), and Arizona Summit Law School (‘17). Prior to her judicial appointment, Judge Claerhout worked as a prosecutor with the Mohave County Attorneys’ Office for 8 years. Judge Claerhout was appointed by Presiding Judge Steven C. Moss on September 11, 2026.
