RULE 305.        ORGANIZATIONAL PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS


 A.    POLICY:

        Addition or deletion of items which are eligible for payroll deduction are subject to approval of the 
        Presiding Judge in consultation with the Board of Supervisors.

B.    GENERAL:

        1.    DEDUCTION AUTHORIZATION: Employees shall complete the necessary approved forms 
                to begin, change or terminate deductions.

        2.    QUESTIONS ON DEDUCTIONS: Employees should contact their Division Heads if they have 
                questions on why deductions were made from their paychecks.
