RULE 108. SMOKING REVISED DATE:

A. GENERAL:

        In keeping with the Superior Court's intent to provide a safe and healthful work environment, smoking
        is prohibited throughout the work site and immediate workplace. This policy applies equally to all
        employees, customers and visitors. Employees who smoke can do so outside Superior Court facilities
        in properly designated areas. The Division Head may limit smoking breaks if such absences interfere
        with work or office productivity.
