Judge's Bio,
Judge Jantzen is married to Anne Marie, who is a second grade teacher at Palo Christi. They have been married for four years and have six children between 9 and 18 years old.
Judge Jantzen served as a Superior Court Commissioner from April 2007 until May 2009 where he presided over adult criminal cases, juvenile delinquency cases and Mohave County’s first Juvenile Drug Court. He was appointed to Division 4 by Governor Brewer on May 22, 2009.
Judge Jantzen was a prosecutor for 16 years, 12 of which were spent with the Mohave County Attorney's Office, two with the City of Kingman and two with The State Attorney's Office in Tallahassee, Florida. He graduated from law school in May, 1991 from the University of Wyoming. He has been licensed to practice law in both Arizona and Florida.
Judge Jantzen received a B.A. in Mass Communication from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas in May, 1987.
