Derek Carlisle was appointed as a Superior Court Commissioner/Judge Pro Tempore in 2009. Prior to his appointment, he worked at the Mohave County Attorney's Office for fifteen years.
Commissioner Carlisle received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science in 1987 and his law degree in 1993.
