This option is only available if you are paying a new traffic ticket prior to your Court date.  If you have just received your ticket and it is not available to pay, keep checking.  It takes a few days for your citation to be turned in to the Court and entered.  By paying your citation online or by phone, you agree to forfeit the bond to satisfy any fine that would be imposed.  You will not need to appear in Court and you give up your right to attend a Defensive Driving Diversion Program.  Any points associated with your violation will be assessed on your driving record.
