The public may obtain copies of criminal, civil, domestic relations (divorce), probate and marriage licenses.
To obtain copies of public records, you may visit the Clerk’s Office from 8:00a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Courthouse in Kingman, 401 E. Spring Street. Copies may also be obtained at either of the branch locations in Lake Havasu City at 2001 College Dr. or Bullhead City at 2225 Trane Rd. between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

- The specific documents you want;
- The case number;
- The names of the parties at the time the case was filed;
- The filing date or year filed;
- A self-addressed stamped envelope or a check for shipping/handling (see fee below);
- A check or money order made payable to the Clerk of Court (see list of fees below). If you do not know the exact number of pages, please estimate the amount of your check.
