Our mission is to achieve and maintain an independent, integrated and professional judicial department which provides fair, effective and efficient judicial and court services; adjudicates all matters in a just, expeditious and timely manner; ensures due process; provides safe and equal access during all court proceedings; protects individual and corporate rights; prevents the arbitrary use of power; ensures the rule of law; punishes offenders; and resolves other issues as appropriate. The Court Administrator's Office handles judicial support functions for the Superior Court in Mohave County under the direction of the Presiding Judge.
