Are you open to the public?

Yes, we certainly are. In addition to serving the needs of the Mohave County legal community, we are also here to assist residents of Mohave County who are representing themselves.

Can I get legal advice at the law library?

No. If our librarians gave you a legal opinion, they would be breaking the law. Only a licensed attorney who has contracted with you to be your legal representative can give you legal advice.

Can books be checked out?

Unfortunately, we are not able to loan out our books. Since we have only one copy of each book, they must remain available for everyone to use at all times.
