COPIES OF RECORDS BY MAIL

To obtain copies of court records by mail, please address your request to:

        P.O Box 7000
        Kingman, Arizona   86402-7000

    • Include a complete Records Request Form
    • Include a self-address stamped envelope of sufficient size, and with sufficient postage for the return of your documents to you
    • Payment should be made payable to: Clerk of Superior Court
    • Receipt and documents will be sent via US Postal Service; please allow 5-7 business days delivery from the time we process your request.
